Noisy Pump	Hydraulic pump may be cavitation and getting air into the system. Low oil To heavy of oil Cold oil Suction filter clogged or Suction line undersized if new system.
Oil heating up	Contaminants stuck in relief valve To light of oil Oil cooler if equipped dirty or fan not running Dirty oil Low oil level Excessive pump wear Relief valve set to low
Hydraulic Pump not responding quickly enough or not enough flow present.	Relief valve pressure set improperly or relief failing Low oil supply Hydraulic pump is worn or damaged Valve not shifting all the way Clogged flow controls if present
Oil Foaming, air in oil (white color)	Air leak in hydraulic pump suction side Oil level low Wrong oil put in tank Pump shaft seals or access plates could be drawing air into the system.
